So You Want to Start a Meat Collective: A Video Pep Talk & Homework Checklist

$0+

There's a lot of ducks to get in a row before you launch your Meat Collective, or even before you offer just one butcher class!

Before holding your first class, and before you even read the Meat Collective Startup Guide, we suggest doing some basic homework to ensure that it even makes sense to offer Meat Collective-style classes in your community. Here, we provide you with a quick checklist and an introductory video pep talk (**coming soon!**) that will help you consider the four basic components you'll need in place to start a Meat Collective.  We've also created a "Homework Checklist" that will help you do some initial thinking and planning, and to figure out if doing this kind of education is going to make sense for you and your community. Once you've looked at this check list and watched the video, we suggest moving on to our Meat Collective Startup Guide, which goes way more in depth into everything you'll need to to do to offer experiential meat education, let alone launch an entire new business called a Meat Collective, successfully.

Your download will include:

(**coming soon!**) An "Introduction to the Meat Collective" video pep talk: So you want to start a Meat Collective. What do you need to start thinking about?

"The Meat Collective Initial Homework Check List": What kitchen space should you use? Who should you source meat from for your classes? If you build it, will any students come? Find out here with this basic checklist before you get started.
